Flowers were perfect! Delivered to hotel that we were staying. Concierge was impressed and commented at check out that he delivered to our room before we got there. Took the flowers home and two weeks later a few roses are still beautiful. Will use again when we return to New Haven!

I had no experience with this florist so didn’t know what to expect when ordering flowers for my mom’s funeral. I ordered a heart wreath and a casket arrangement. Everyone there was very nice and I felt comfortable ordering. They were patient with me as I looked through the book at the choices. I ordered the heart wreath by the photos but didn’t see a casket arrangement that matched what I had in mind. I explained the kind of colors I wanted and the style of the arrangement and she asked questions to get a better feel of what I was wanting. I was so pleasantly surprised the day of the funeral to see what a stunning arrangement she had created. It was absolutely perfect! My family commented how beautiful they were. I would highly recommend Flowers by Lisa!

I ordered a sympathy bouquet for a wake over the phone. When I arrived at the wake today the most beautiful arrangement I could ever imagine was there. I am beyond thankful for the flowers that were assembled and presented by Flowers by Lisa. They honestly made my day a little better. I recommend them 100%. Thank you! ❤️

Had to attend a high school play for grandchildren, and the three bouquets she made for me were amazing. Everyone that saw them asked where I got them. Without a doubt one of the best florists in the area. Thank you to all of them for all the quality work you do daily and always with a smile.

The Perfect Christmas Centerpiece!!! I do not know another florist who can take a flower and make a masterpiece like you!!!! Lisa, the table is never set until I have an arrangement from you in the center…..thank you so very much for your work of art!!!

I have ordered flowers from Flowers by Lisa several times over the last few years and have always been so impressed by the arrangements. They have always been very kind and accommodating. I ordered flowers to be delivered to a family members funeral last week (I live out of state) and the gentleman who helped me when I called was so nice. I saw a photo of the arrangement they made for the funeral and it was stunning. They really outdid themselves and it made me so grateful since I could not be there in person.

We called Lisa the day of needing an arrangement for my mom's birthday. She was very helpful is selecting the flowers and setting up the delivery for the time we needed the bouquet to arrive. The arrangement was spectacular. We would definitely recommend this flower shop. We will be a repeat customer.

Flowers by Lisa was great — generous and super accommodating. They didn’t have the plant I ordered as a gift for a friend so they offered other options. When they couldn’t find a suitable replacement, they offered to send orchids instead. Even though they cost more than the price of the plant I originally wanted, Lisa’s Flowers offered to send them for the same price. I was super pleased with the orchids. My friend sent a pic and they were beautiful and large and came in a beautiful pot with ribbons. I definitely recommend them!

Flowers by Lisa made a difficult time picking flowers for my Father's service easy and simple. They had great recommendations and we were in and out in less than 20 minutes. They were friendly and kind and made the process easy.
